Taylor (Tilford) Dobbins is a formally trained fine artist and art educator dedicated to transforming commercial spaces through collaborative community paint projects. Holding a BFA in Drawing and Painting from Pennsylvania State University and a Master’s in both Fine Arts and Art Education from the University of North Carolina, she blends rigorous technical expertise with a passion for public engagement.

While deeply rooted in traditional painting and illustration—having illustrated various children’s books—Taylor currently focuses on partnering with East Coast businesses to create vibrant, community-driven paint installations. As a K-7 art educator, she brings unique leadership, patience, and project management skills to large-scale public art initiatives, seamlessly guiding diverse groups to bring creative visions to life. From custom commercial branding to community mural projects, Taylor Dobbins bridges the gap between businesses and the neighborhoods they serve through the power of paint.
